Services

Cleaning Without Tears LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Broward County, Florida. Service scope, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made as early as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

Communications and SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Cleaning Without Tears LLC related to appointment confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods specified during scheduling.

Liability

We carry insurance for our cleaning services. While we take care to protect your property, Cleaning Without Tears LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Any damage concerns should be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
